HR recruiters would do a phone screen at first. I was invited for an in-person 1.5 hours interview with two managers. This was the first time that I received the interview tips directly from the internal corporate recruiter. Generally, corporate recruiter don't care about the candidate after the phone screening. The phone screening interview was also the best I have done in the past few months, it wasn't boring as some do. The recruiter was encouraging me through the whole phone screening, despite I made several mistakes on answers. I really enjoy the phone interviews. The in-person interviews were also great from my past experiences. The hiring managers ask questions that challenged the candidates. It was a conversational interview, so I didn't really fall asleep.( I didn't sleep the night before the interview) I could describe it was a super fun experience for me. I didn't waste my time going there.
