I was directly approached by StepStone's HR department and found their interactions and process to be extremely professional and well-oiled, yet human. I assumed that, that would be representative of the company itself and from what I've experienced so far, I wasn't wrong. The process was kicked off by a phone conversation with their HR department, followed by a Skype interview with the person whom I would have reported to, followed by quite an intensive task that I had to present to two people in person, at their offices, for the third interview.
