The interview process was quick and smooth. I would say one of the best processes I have been in thus far. I had a three-step interview process. First is a general overview, then a second more thorough interview with the department, and then a final take-home assignment. The questions and conversations per interview were very intentional/thoughtful. The communication and transparency throughout were also top-tier.
