I was told I was interviewing with one of the designers and a manager and to bring along work to show. I prepared for this and had a good talk to them, very friendly interview and informal. The owner of the company joined us half way through which I was not expecting. It seemed to go well though and I was given a short tour of the premises and introduced to the rest of the team. I was told before leaving by the designer who interviewed me that there are 2-3 others interviewing but 'don't worry about them' and a smile suggesting it had gone really well. I was told I would hear back on Friday after the Tuesday interview. On Monday I emailed the designer and was told I would be receiving a task to complete before a second interview. I completed the task and sent it back the day before the deadline, and waited a few more days before hearing back about a trial day. I asked about other applicants and was again told, 2-3 others but not to worry. I go in for the trial day, 10am-5:30pm completing more work much the same as the design task they had me complete. I try my best to mix with the team, had lunch with the designers, talked to the owner etc. Trial day was on Monday, I email on Thursday asking for an update and am told that they are very busy at the moment, I should expect a phone call from the owner the next day. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything else from them.
