Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela The TJX Companies, Inc. (Scranton, PA) em dez. de 2011
Entrevista
Initial interview was 2 on 1, Question's mainly focused on my background and what makes it applicable to a distribution supervisor role. Format of questions was "tell me a time when..." using a real life event to explain what the problem was, what you did and the result. Major use of the STAR response (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Questions ranged from personality disagreements between your team members and how you solved that to a time when you disagreed with senior leadership and how you resolved it. Total time 45 mins.
On site interview was a panel interview consisting of myself and 5 others including the AVP. Again I reviewed my background and what makes me think this would be a good company and position for myself. Questions were asked round robin from a standard set each member had in writing in front of them which they took notes on. Major us of the STAR response on "tell me a time when..." The most unusual aspect of this interview was that the AVP asked if I had any more questions, I asked my questions and then he would reply well certainly you have more questions. I ended up talking over half an hour just on questions alone. Typically you have about half a dozen prepared questions and a few more that develop during the course of the interview. I ended up asking so many questions I looked outside and asked who did their landscaping. Total time 2 hours.

Recruiter phone screen, HR screen, then on-site interviews. Walking around thw floor and some office time. Wasted my time with on-site interview, no offer was made. I had to ask for an update a week later, then 20 minutes later received rejection email.
