Welcomed in a group of 8, sat in a conference suite and watched a video on the company. We then got given a data analysis test which we spent 25 minutes on in exam conditions with no negotiations. After this, the group was introduced to 8 assessors who we introduced ourselves to. The group was then split in two, half of us went on a job shadow which was extremely insightful and helped me grasp an understanding of the role, and the other half interviewed. This took an hour, we congregated upstairs and then switched activities. The interview was casual and relaxed, I spent an hour being assessed by 2 examiners. After this we had lunch, and then we did 2 group exercises. The first was a situational group test involved everyone (8) "you are stranded on an island and there are only 4 spaces on a life boat, who gets on it?" we were each assigned characters and given 20 minutes to decide. The second group exercise used smaller groups of 4, we were given 5 trainers and we had to exam them in terms of quality. After this, we met upstairs and left shortly after being told we would know within a week. I had a fantastic day here, loved every moment.
