A very negative experience. After two interviews I was told I'd got the role and that a formal offer would be put to me later that week. However, three weeks later (after lots of stalling) they came back to me to say they'd changed their minds and would be offering the role to an internal candidate instead. I had to push very hard for any form of feedback which was quite non-specific when it came - except to say they thought I was great and they'd like to consider me for other roles. Obviously it is not a company I'd consider again though.
