3 step interview process with the second interview including various brain teasers, challenges, activities etc. + a day "out in the field" to be a part of the action. It was tiresome, especially the second day and the most challenging aspect was the Shark Tank modeled activity they had us complete with a full business plan and presentation in under an hour.

The interview process took three days. The recruiter that called me went through my past experience and how it would be helpful if I were to be successful I loved that. I came in for the preliminary interview it lasted about 30 minutes. The manager was really direct and gave me so much more information. I then came back for a second interview and got to shadow a trainer for a full day to see what the position entailed. That was the best part it was really cool to see the trainer in action!
