Entrevista
I started the process through an employee referral and was immediately connected to another employee doing the Digital Innovation program. It was great to have a personal conversation to evaluate whether there is a match between me and the role. Even though the interview process is not short, I had fun during the process. The personality test and discussion taught me something useful and the presentation about ANY topic was a fun idea making my creative juices flow. I enjoyed the interview with higher management too, which felt more like an informal conversation aiming to help me understand how good of a match is it between me and my role. In retrospect, my experience on the job is fully matching the outlook I was presented at the interview phase. The process could be slighly faster and I would appreciate if more chances were given to diverse profiles. Nevertheless, both points are in line with the company's HR startegy, so I expect improvement on that side by time of the applications incoming in 2023.

Entrevista
I experienced it as quite quick and useful. The full application took around 2 weeks and consisted of digital meetings, neurogames, personality test, a case assignment, 3 meetings in person and a final presentation. For me it went very fast and it took me a while to make the decision for myself after I got a final offer from them. Overall the experience was positive but with sightly too many steps. Not sure how they implemented the outcomes of the personality test.

Entrevista
The process has quite a few steps! Info session, introduction call with recruiter, an assignment, conversation about the assignment result, final meetings face to face at the office with multiple people. During this process, it always felt like a two-sided conversation to see if we are both a match for each other. Each step was very clear described what was expected from me and from them. The info-session at the start was very useful, especially because these are given by innovators/designers who are currently in the program. Though there were multiple steps in the interview process, it only took a month from start to finish! The offer was as expected from the start of the process.
