The overall interview experience was positive, and the interviewers were friendly, professional, and engaging throughout the process. The interview structure was well-designed, consisting of 5-6 rounds over several weeks, which allowed for a thorough assessment of skills and alignment with the company. This reflects the company's commitment to providing candidates with a fair and comprehensive evaluation process.
However, I believe there is room for improvement in the recruiter’s arrangements and communication. Candidates invest significant time and effort in preparing for and participating in a multi-round interview process. Regardless of the final outcome, providing timely feedback or communicating the decision to all candidates demonstrates respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up or closure, especially for those who do not receive an offer, undermines the otherwise positive interview experience.
Ghosting candidates creates an impression that only those who receive an offer are valued, which contradicts the effort the company has clearly made to ensure a positive interview process. Ensuring that all candidates receive a response, even if they are not selected, would elevate the company's reputation and align with its intent to provide a respectful and inclusive experience.

Entrevista
Online Assessment, followed by a Hiring Manager interview that was System Design + Behavioral. Didn't pass that stage, was not given a reason, but I assume it was the system design portion. Next stage would have been a loop (2 coding + 1 system design).

Overall pretty standard interview and good experience hence why i joined. interviews were collaborative and practical rather than obscure algorithms
