Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela The Trade Desk (San Francisco, CA) em fev. de 2025
Entrevista
The whole process lasted about 3 months. One screening, then presentation interview, and final round on-site. The recruiter was super supportive, reached out via phone/text, but once I didn't get the offer, all I got was an automated rejection email and didn't hear from her ever again. Sucks that this is what the process was like. Once you don't get an offer, they act like you don't exist. Really liked them as a company, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth

Tell me about a time you dealt with data and used that to drive a decision.
Really long and drawn out interview. Took months for them to get back to me then they gave me a week to complete my presentation. My interview was 45 minutes. Only to then ghost me, and never even formally reject me.

asked me to complete a deck and analyze an Excel spreadsheet
intermediate. felt like a particular/narrow culture fit interviewing process after the technical tests.
didn't get the offer, but the recruiter was kind + patient. for final interview, i got flown out to the office, so that was awesome for my first-ever superday interview experience!

What did you like about the excel presentation process?
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa The Trade Desk (Chicago, IL).

first round was just a screening and then there was a very large gap between round 1 and 2 (turns out there was someone trying to cut the program and so they was a lot of internal things happening) but round two happened and it’s a presentation. Went to round three and they fly you out to the site and I got rejected after, and they literally ghost you straight after
