The interview process was one of the best in my career with a well-organized and non-threatening panel interview in which excellent questions and opportunity for follow-up. The Human Resources director who oversaw my interview was professional. The only issue was my own failure to ensure the full verbal terms with the director with whom I negotiated future salary and future job title were memorialized in writing.
