Horrible lack of information about the whole job. Went in on a Tuesday morning about 20min early. ended up taking 2 hours and in the end was told to come back in 2 weeks.

I had been working there for a few years. I was called in and asked if I felt like I could take on more responsibility and if I was ready to lead the employees and help the newer employees grow their skills
