The interview process wasn’t very difficult, it was a panel of people on the team that interviewed you in person. The part I have a bad taste in my mouth over is that they ghosted me without any follow up after 4 weeks of waiting. They said they would let me know within 3 weeks and a month after, I sent an email inquiring as to what was next. I was immediately met with an automated response from their HR department that they had proceeded forward. No big deal, however ghosting candidates is extremely unprofessional. If you are having candidates come out to a physical location and answer questions in front of a panel, you should at the very least follow up within the time you said you would and let them know. Ghosting is a very common, but unprofessional practice. Please do better.
