I submitted an application via email from a form downloaded from their website. ~ a week later I recieved an initial phone interview and scheduled an in person interview a few day later. I was asked lots of questions about my teaching experience and philosophy, experience in similar industry setting, and how I would handle certain teaching situations. They also had me design a 5 minute demo lesson aimed at a 1st grade audience, to present to the 2 person panel.
