The first thing a candidate has to do is to submit a two-paragraph essay as to why they want to work at Vita. If that is satisfactory, the next step is a phone interview that goes over about 10 questions. The last and final step was an interview, which can last about 1-1.5 hours, depending on the test you take. The aptitude test will take about 30-45 minutes and covers math and verbal aspects. Finally, you finish with a standard interview.
