Applied for the position, then was scheduled for an interview, lasted about an hour. Got called back for a second interview with Store Manager, and got offered the job about 2 weeks later. Pretty simple and great. The longer the interview, the better your chances are. They need to seem interested in you and you need to dress the part, otherwise you have no chance.
