Was contacted within a few hours of applying by their recruiter. Initial interview time was rescheduled last minute by the recruiter. Blind scheduled a new time that didn't work for my schedule, then didn't respond to multiple e-mails stating I had a conflict. Was able to get on a call with the recruiter weeks later, he was excited about my skills, but stated they're not hiring for my position just yet. Something about needing to fill other positions first, and he's too busy. Recruiter scheduled two check-ins, each a month apart. Still not hiring for my applied position. Recruiter ended up missing the last call and ghosted. My advice to TWG - Seems like a great company to work for, but recruiting is a huge bottleneck. Can't expect to hire top talent when recruiters aren't communicating well and putting candidates on hold for multiple months. Hiring or contracting multiple recruiters might help. Ghosting is also an unacceptable practice.
