Applied online. Interviews were Very easy and informal. Met with two folks and should have met with another person before I rescinded my application. Interviews were mainly me walking them through my resume. Did not have any STAR questions for me which was a red flag.
What made me rescind my application was the "homework" I was assigned to do prospect research. I am not entry-level, so I knew this is not common practice in this industry. Being asked to do pro bono work during interview process is a red flag.

The interview questions were average but the interviewer was INCREDIBLY rude and acted like she couldn't be bothered to be there. I almost ended the meeting in the middle of the interview because she acted like I wasn't worth her time.

Entrevista
The hiring manager asked me to provide 3 potential donors after which felt incredibly odd and after talking to other development officers, is unethical. This seems like a great institution, but that's a weird hiring practice and I promptly withdrew my application.
