Very laid back. Available to ask questions at any time. They attempt to get to know you without becoming to personal. They do not tell you that you must find your own patients though.

I had a great first interview with a recruiter. Casual, easy conversation and questions. There was a quick response to my application. An email said two weeks, but I heard back within the first week. Waiting for a second interview currently. Hoping I get a call back soon.
