It was a three stage interview. There was an initial call with an internal recruiter, interview with the head of the team and final stage interview with head of the team and manager. There was also an excel test.
Four interview rounds covering basic SQL and Power BI. The third round was an easy take-home task. Overall, the process felt poorly managed and disorganised, with unclear communication and unnecessary steps throughout the hiring process.
