The interview process too way too long, it was discouraging and almost moved on to another job. They are a federally contracted company so i understand the long background check.

Phone screen was direct and short, just the way I like it. Then I was invited in to have a face-to-face interview, which went well. Another final interview a few days later and I was offered the job.
