Interview was easy and I did do very well. Told would hear by end of the week (I was interviewed on a Monday) I was emailed the following Monday at 11pm to say I was unsuccessful, I asked for feedback. The feedback was confusing; I was told I did well but not suitable for the role as it’s a lot to do with vulunerable people; but not once was any of the questions about vulunerable people?! And the said they wanted it to be vulunerable people specifically within the justice system but would you treat them on a different level to how you would a normal vulunerable person?! Madness
