Received a call from HR for scheduling interview. 1:1 interview just general questions, hobbies, then abt personality like going out, game team player, then directly job related like can you do ...... , then what software you use.How much time would you take to solve typical engg problem with simple loading condition. Suggestion, do not be talkative, be to the point.

I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted for a phone screening. My face to face interview would have been scheduled pretty soon but I was out of town and they were fine with it waiting about a month. From there I had two in person interviews. Both interviews had two engineers (different both times). To be honest, the interviews actually felt the same in that I was asked pretty much the same questions. The only difference being that I was given a tour of the facility following my second interview.
