I applied to this job from Craigslist and about a few days later got a call back to set up an interview. I met with the child watch supervisor the next week and she was very nice and didn't put pressure on me. I felt like I was just talking to a 20 something year old. She asked my weakness, what would I do situations and said she was going to look at applications that night and I should hear from human resources in a week or so and that the child watch coordinator was going to call references. I never got a call or email and messages her throughout the 2 weeks and she was very helpful that HR are just very busy and I should in another week. I heard back and a week later went downtown to fill out paperwork for taxes and whatnot. I started a week later.

It is pretty relaxed and just questions about your experience with kids. They will let you get CPR and first aid certified. Wasn’t too much had about two different interviews.
