Sat down one on one and discussed experience, relationships, skills, that would set me apart. It was very calm and relaxing. The interview lasted about 30 minutes Not once was the experience not pleasant.

First, I was contacted on facebook with a pre-questionnaire. I was then brought in for a tour and asked questions about my experiences, a few hypothetical situations, and my interests that might pertain to the job. It was a fairly easy interview and the interviewer made me feel at ease.
