I had 3 different interviews. First round was job logistics questions, second round was more scenario/community questions, and the third round was to get to know me better. It was focused a lot around working with youth, but also working on a team.

The interview process was very quick. The job description was explained effectively and i’m excited to learn more. The company made sure to stay in communication even during difficult times.
