I gave my application in and within a week scheduled an interview. I met with the Director and Coordinator of the department and we spoke for probably twenty minutes. They asked about my strengths and weaknesses, how I thought I could help people re-enage with their work as the new person on the team. I was then given a tour of the facility and introduced to a few of the current staff members.
