it was easy and fun to be interviewed as a lifeguard. I have ample lifeguard experience and the staff at the ymca were supportive of my efforts. i was asked on assessing swimming ability, emergency response knowledge, communication skills, and reliability.

very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
