HR person seemed more interested in how "weird" and "quirky" I can be, rather then how good of a photographer I was. Asked nothing about lighting and or how I would approach productivity of updating their on line images. And was all about how much FUN I could bring to the table. Reminded me of the scene from Office Space and the local TGIF's is looking for the person with the most FLAIR.
