Phone interview, fairly easy. They ran late in calling me, but once the Social Media Manager called it was a pretty standard interview. After, they gave a practice social media exercise, which included making a Pinterest board and drafting copy for Twitter/Instagram posts.

In-Person Interview only took 15 minutes. Two people interviewed me and asked questions--they were kind. Make sure you have your resume ready and they will ask how each of your experience can contribute to this one.
