Reached out for a quick phone interview and brought me in for a in-person interview. Questions were very much about character as a person. Didn’t get to meet owners since there were out of town and got the job shortly after.

6 weeks no call ghosting terrible professionalism owner is biased have many openings but are reluctant to hire anyone makes it were you think you have the position but then disappear I got a text saying I was rejected.
