Basically, there are 3 rounds of recruitments : - a quick call of 15 minutes, (to have a first introduction) - a HR meeting of 30 minutes, ( for me this one was equal to the first call I did see the added value of this step) - Managers meeting of 60minutes.(Where they are suppose to explain the job but it ended up only in a fight where I had to explain why I would join them rather than seeing what were my skills and if I am competent for the job)
