Long and gruelling. First stage was a phone chat with the office manager (last approx 20 minutes). 2nd stage was a solo video interview, this contained about 5 questions and lasted about 10 minutes. 3rd stage was a face to face interview with 2 senior recruitment consultants.. was advised this would be casual but it was formal and lasted about an hour. 3rd stage was another face to face interview that lasted almost 2 hours. This consisted firstly a chat with one of the managers, then I had to conduct a presentation, do a role play call and competency-based questions. 4th stage was then a sales based questionnaire. The whole process was very gruelling and long.
