In an open space. The interviewers take phone calls while you are stilling their interviewing/speaking with them. It's a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. They state they will treat you the same way when its your time, and make you priority. I spoke with them a few times about a specific role and then nothing happened and I never heard from them again.
