I kept in touch with my recruiter and together we set up the best time for an on-site interview. The interview would typically last between 45 minutes - 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was interviewing for the position of a Case Designer, but ended up being interviewed by one additional person who joined to interview me for a possible second position in Segmentation as well. We all just sat down together and they told me about the company and what they're all about and what they do in detail. Then they asked me questions and gave me room to present myself. I had my portfolio with me and I told them about how I had worked with 3D printed parts before and gave them samples of my work. I was very pleased with all 3 interviewers and they made the interviewing process a really positive one for me. I could tell they wanted me to be there and I believe they could tell I wanted to be there. They were all very present and interested throughout the entire hiring process. I was very comfortable with the atmosphere of this workplace! They are just a great group of people to work with!
