I interviewed with the CEO/COO for the position of Project/Facilities Manager Globally. We reviewed my resume and Extensive background in Many fields in the construction, Project MGMT, EH&S,Emergency response, Law enforcement, Pharma., MD&D, logistics, Customer Service, and management, interviewing skills.

The first interview was with HR and Supervisor. The second interview was a 6 weeks later with HR, Supervisor and 3 members of the executive management team. An offer was made the day after the second interview. One of the negatives was that there was very little mentioned about the benefit package. I negotiated more vacation prior to accepting the position.
