Great process, interactive - get to meet a client and have a live interaction. Given live feedback on these interactions as well. I enjoyed it and got hired on the spot.

They actually test you more than they ask you true interview questions. Be prepared to pause, listen, and immediately implement their coaching.

It was very informal. They had me call their phone number. Then the person talks to you if you received an interview invitation from them. If they like you, then they contact you for the in person roleplay scenario.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly easy, the recruiter was relaxed and laidback which helped my nerves at ease and it was remote therefore I was able to do it from my home which I really enjoyed and the recruiter was extremely helpful when asked questions.
