Based on this they will do further shortlisting and invite you to meet to assess general fitment: - Explain you about roles and - Ask more question about your interest, expectation etc Next round would be Technical round where 1 person or Panel may interview depending on nature of the job. what you have done in past, explain with few examples. Challenges, your strategy to deal with it, outcome They will give you scenario to check your thought process, approach and confidence It was not hardcore technical interview for me.
