Entrevista
I went through two rounds of interviews for this position. The first was a Zoom interview, and the second was in-person with three individuals who had previously held the job but had since moved up. While I felt the interviews went well and I was certainly qualified, if not overqualified, I suspect the final decision came down to something arbitrary like meeting a diversity quota.
Despite being told they might reach out for references, I never heard back after sending them in my follow-up thank-you email. Even after following up a week later, I still haven't heard anything at the three-week mark. The lack of communication is unprofessional and frustrating.
Moreover, the position is only 30 hours a week and pays just slightly above minimum wage. The 30-hour workweek seems deliberately set to prevent employees from finding another part-time job, which feels manipulative.
Additionally, the office is dog-friendly, with employees bringing their dogs to work. While this might seem like a perk, it strikes me as a tactic to keep employees in the office longer under the guise of a "fun" environment. If you're allergic to dogs or prefer a more traditional office setting, steer clear.
In summary, while the interview experience might be worth it, don't expect timely communication. If you don't hear back within a few days, you likely won't hear back at all.

When can you start? - They didn't ask a lot of questions lok
Very quick and casual, more like you already got the job and they were vetting you just to make sure. Gave me a tour and introduced me to people during the interview as well.
I had three interviews with different parts of the company. They did a screening with the coordinator and then I interviewed with the team I would potentially be working with.
