Filled out an application and then was taken around the entire shop to be shown what each station's job is. After that, was hired on the spot and started 2 days later. Really easy and laid back interview. I interviewed directly with the owner. Very easy going person, but expects you to work hard and do your job, which is to be expected. I would work for this company again.
