Good interview. Somewhat casual with hiring manager of division and supervisor of area. Relaxed, detail oriented but comfortable. Actually, it was the most enjoyable interview I have had. It began with several phone calls to arrange an interview time which fit everyone's schedule. After scheduling I was interviewed by both the manager and supervisor in a group type setting. Pay rate was discussed and I was informed that it was pretty much at the discretion of the California division, so there was no room for negotiation. The benefits and retirement/401k plans were explained and I was aligned with an agency which offered insurance coverage so my family could remain under insurance while I was in my first 90 day period and until corporate could approve my permanent hiring. I was contacted with their offer and potential start date within 3 days of the interview process.
