I had three rounds of interview. first with recruiter second time was with lead and vp , third time they got me a ticket which was quiet bad experience because i had to fly from California to Missouri which the ticket was around 8 hours I had delay for one of my flight so total of 9 hrs then I had to drive from st louis to Columbia which was around 2hrs
I had interview the day after at 9 am I was very nervous and at the same time tired very tired.
they got me a ticket same day at 3:30 interview were supposed to end at 12:30 they very nice and they let me go at 11:30 but at the same time i was so nervous about missing my flight. this part of it was awful for me
but however during interview they were pretty nice I really enjoyed discussing with them and talking to them (despite the part that I was so tired and sleepy ) .
it was a good experience they all were nice( but at the same time I feel like my race had some effect in their decisions since they is no diversity in the company )
the worst part they ghosted me I don't appreciate ghosting. Like I would appreciate their time if they just simply told me hey we think you are not a good fit instead of ghosting me considering i also followed up to get a feed back. why they think ghosting is a good option instead of telling people.
