First with phone interview with hiring manager. After one month then come with on-site interview four interviewers one on one format. Another one month later, a second on-site interview with two more interviewers and make a presentation to a group of people. Friendly people, long interviewing processes.
Communication skill, confident in your expertise areas, be flexible and willing to support the business.
Background check took a very long time.

Missleading, inaccurate, not realistic. promised everything and delivered nothing. Very sad I was so hopeful and happy to try and have a career there but it was a was of time and so much stress.

It was a terrible interview process. Made me do several rounds of interviews with a constant rotation of recruiters. Incredibly unprofessional with no updates for months. Only decided to close my application when I followed up. One of the interviewers was also incredibly negative about his experience at Thermofisher Scientific, often commenting, "people here aren't future-forward thinking".
This is bureaucracy at its finest, and I would recommend anyone applying to Thermofisher Scientific to have a 10-foot pole distance from them. They will make you go through a roller coaster for nothing.
