Slow and many steps. It took over a month to get from round one to round two. Then I did not hear back from them for another month after multiple emails and eventually ended up calling them. On the call they let me know they moved forward with someone else.

The interviewer was not so nice. Was very anti international people and was specific about if you live in germany you should know german (be fluent). So we ended the interview 30 mins earlier
