Typical technical and HR interview questions were asked. Went down physically for only one round of interview with hiring manager and HR (through Teams). After following up with the HR coordinator, an unsuccessful outcome email was received.

Entrevista
First, phone interview with recruters, second - with future supervisors. First interview was 10-15 min, and was more general, second round took around 40 min and included a lot of practice based questions with examples

Entrevista
It was the second interview(for different position) that I had in Thermo Fisher. Both times I enjoyed the process. Instructions and communication with HR were clear. Both times, the time was passing fast and it felt like we had a lot to discuss. The tone of the interview was very pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like at all and it would even make me triple consider the offer if there would have been one, was that in the interview for the Team Leader position, I was never asked if I had any questions at the end. I had to proactively ask at the end to be allowed to make few questions. It was the only red flag. Other than that, I enjoyed both interviewing experiences and I really appreciated receiving feedback from HR after the interviews even though there was no offer.
