Initial phone screen with a recruiter - wasn’t impressed.
Second interview with software engineers and the director. Impressed by their friendliness. Was nice to have the director in the interview
Second interview with the same team plus a few more. Great questions. Director made it a point to make me comfortable. Was challenging but fair.

Entrevista
started with third party recruiter call, basic math and logic assessment - manager call - in person presentation to executives. Disorganized approach, no commission system and below market salary. Refused to negotiate on offer, HR presented a take it or leave it mentality - which makes qualified candidates wary of company culture.

Entrevista
Three-part process; they used a third-party agency from Marquette MI. 1st the application, which also included a thorough personality based questionnaire. Then a phone screening from the Third-party agency and other parties on phone. Then interviewed at the office in front of the team and hiring personnel; able to present my past work and discuss the team and roles.
They took good care and time into the process, doing good diligence to select only people who fit their company culture and processes.
