Interviewed with a couple of people. One was pretty friendly and just gave the basic spiel about the company, work environment, etc. The other was more technical, although seemed to get hung up on specific terminology too much. It was a decent interview, but the sad part was the complete absence of any follow-up communication (even though they gave the standard "we'll be in touch with you"). Very rude and unprofessional, and soured my opinion of eROI. They also seemed to be offering a fairly mediocre salary. I believe I mentioned 60k as the low end of typical salaries for the Portland area, and they said that was beyond their budget.
