I got contacted about 6 weeks after I originally applied. I talked to the recruiter for 45 minutes about the position and how my experience relates. She told me she would be sending interview times for the second round right after our call and I never received them. I followed up that Monday to make sure I did not miss the email - I got no response. I waited a few days and then reached out to the other recruiter since she had let me know she was going on leave. No response. I am extremely disappointed by this process and has made me no longer interested in the role or future roles.

Entrevista
I have interviewed for a few positions at Thesis. Each time, there were multiple rounds of interviews and I made it to the final round. Usually, various groups from the team to get a good sense from all perspectives. After this point, the talent acquisition manager discussed my start date and salary and let me know when to expect an offer. Unfortunately, this is when all communication stopped. I completely understand that the applicant pool is deep and they seem very fast-paced filling roles for certain accounts. However, getting through multiple rounds of interviews and discussing a start date, I would hope to at least get a simple email response. The courtesy and respect you extend to candidates after investing hours of time (theirs and that of the Thesis team involved in the process) speaks volumes.
