The interview questions were standard for the role. They asked me to describe my experience, so I shared a few specific stories from my previous email/chat support job—how I would de-escalate an angry customer who felt they'd been scammed, the steps I'd take to investigate and provide troubleshooting, and how I'd ensure the customer felt heard throughout the entire process.
